Schoolies at Beachside Holiday Apartments

Schoolies groups have enjoyed staying at Beachside Holiday Apartments Port Macquarie in the past and we will continue to welcome them so as long as we do not experience any problems, however we impose certain conditions on these bookings which are not negotiable. We do this for the benefit and safety of all guests staying at Beachside. To date we have not kept any of the security monies paid, as all our schoolies groups have behaved responsibly and still had a great time.

We charge a $2000.00 security deposit for each apartment. This can be paid with a pre-authorisation on a Master card or Visa; we also accept cash which is due on arrival. The security deposit on the credit card will automatically drop out after your departure and along with the cash payment which will be refunded on the day of departure, after the room has been checked for damage and the apartment has been left in a suitable condition.

This security deposit along with all other monies paid will be forfeited if any person in the group allows another person that is not a registered guest in the apartment or on the premises, causes a disturbance, causes any damage to the apartment, apartment contents or the building. All persons in the group will be asked to leave immediately if any of these conditions are not met.

All members of the group must provide photo ID on arrival.

All members of the group, along with the card holder for the security deposit, must sign the consent form acknowledging, and agreeing, to the conditions, the loss of deposit and eviction possibilities.
